BIHK Webinar Series: Setting up a Subsidiary in China - from Motives to Operations
Organized by the Chambers of Industry and Commerce of Bavaria and in colaboration with Sharehouse Nanjing and Luther Shanghai, Bernd Reitmeier and Christian Haug from Startup Factory Kunshan shed light on the different phases in setting up a foreign subsidiary in China, from the motives of German medium-sized companies for market entry into China to the founding process towards operations. The online seminar series provides information about the legal framework in 5 episodes, 75 minutes each, and explains the particularities on site and gives practical recommendations for action. The webinar series will be conducted together with experts in the Chinese business, Julia Guesten and Dominik Nowak from Sharehouse, and Philip Lazare from Luther Attorneys.
