DCW Webinar: Setting up a company in China -
Motives, cost structures and legal framework

Organized by the Deutsch-Chinesisches Wirtschaftsforum e.V. and together with Schindhelm Schmidt Rogge Thoma Rechtsanwälte PartnerschaftsGmbH, Bernd Reitmeier and Christian Haug from the Startup Factory shed light on the different motives of German medium-sized companies for entering the Chinese market and give an overview of the cost structures to be calculated for an enegagement in China.
The webinar provides information about the legal framework, explains the local cost structures and gives practical recommendations, supplemented by the experience of a German medium-sized company. What possibilities do the New Foreign Investment Law and the not yet ratified EU-China Investment Agreement ("CAI") offer? How expensive is it to set up a company and what needs to be considered if you want to be active with a subsidiary in China.
